Commissioned by TMC and DEFRA, Pollution Patrol was created to help primary school children and their parents understand the dangers of air pollution and how to reduce exposure. Working with the team at TMC, Newleaf designed an interactive story filled with games and activities that encouraged children to explore the causes of pollution and reduce car use on the school run.
The aim was to promote behavioural change, particularly around reducing car use on the school run, by making the subject memorable and meaningful. The final resource combined storytelling, animation, and interactivity to deliver a powerful environmental message in a playful, accessible format.
